2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies when you visit bellpilot.com, book a call with BellPilot, contact BellPilot about its services, or become a client. The website itself has no contact form or chat feature. Calls are booked on Cal.com, an external scheduling service with its own privacy policy.

3. Personal data we process

Booking and inquiry data: When you book a call or contact BellPilot, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company, role, time zone, telephone number, booking answers, appointment details, and the content of call-related communications.

Client and transaction data: If you become a client, we may process contact details, service records, contractual information, invoices, payment records, and communications needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Website and performance data: Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request and security data such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and diagnostic data. Vercel Web Analytics provides BellPilot with aggregated page-view information, including page, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel Speed Insights collects website performance measurements such as Core Web Vitals.

External resources: The site loads fonts, scripts, and images from Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS, and Webflow-hosted content-delivery networks. Those providers receive the technical information required to deliver the requested resource, which normally includes your IP address and browser request information.

Booking information is used only to arrange, conduct, and follow up on the requested call or related service inquiry. BellPilot does not add people who book a call to a marketing mailing list.

5. Service providers and other recipients

BellPilot does not sell personal data. Data is disclosed only where necessary to the following categories of recipients:

• Vercel: website hosting, security, aggregated web analytics, and performance monitoring.
• Cal.com: call scheduling and booking management. When you follow a Cal.com link, Cal.com's own privacy notice also applies.
• Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS, and Webflow content delivery: delivery of fonts, scripts, and images used by the website.
• Professional advisers and public authorities: only where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, compliance, or lawful reporting purposes.

6. International transfers

Some service providers used by BellPilot are established in, or process data in, countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. BellPilot does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies on this website. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to provide aggregated statistics without third-party cookies and without giving BellPilot information that directly identifies an individual visitor. Vercel Speed Insights records website performance measurements. Cal.com and other external sites you choose to visit may use cookies under their own notices.

8. How long we keep data

• Booking, inquiry, and related communication data that does not lead to a client relationship is kept for no more than 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
• Client service and contractual records are kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards only while needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• Invoices, accounting records, and their supporting documents are kept for 10 years, or longer if another binding legal requirement applies.
• Aggregated analytics and technical security records are retained according to Vercel's configured reporting periods and service terms, and only for as long as needed for the purposes described above.

9. Your data-protection rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may:

• request access to your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of your data;
• request restriction of processing;
• receive data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller, where the right to portability applies;

• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

BellPilot does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise a right, email jose.a@bellpilot.com. BellPilot may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month. Exercising these rights is generally free, although the GDPR permits a reasonable fee or refusal for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

10. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. In Portugal, the supervisory authority is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

11. Data security

BellPilot uses appropriate technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
